The Hub is the mission agency that allows microchurches and missionaries to survive and thrive in their work. We succinctly state that our Hub is the engine making our vision happen - to empower, equip, and sustain microchurches. Our Hub is comprised of paid and lay leaders who lean into their 5-fold, APEST gifting to serve microchurches beyond their own. This work is broken down into the following teams...

DISCERNMENT & DEVELOPMENT - FABRICIO AND KEM PAES (TEAM LEADS)

We believe being able to discernment God's voice and the Spirit's movement in and around you is crucial to pursuing mission. Thus, we provide coaches to help you walk through what discernment looks like and plan next steps. In the end, we hope for everyday missionaries discovering God’s voice and their calling. LAUNCH & START-UP COACHING - ROBERT MEYER (TEAM LEAD)

As folks pursue mission and calling, we help them begin to build spiritual community (microchurches) around that. Our coaches help these everyday missionaries develop an incarnation impulse, while also developing a strategic vision for a microchurch community. Even better we walk with people through the difficulty of starting something new, helping to resource them as they face real-time challenges. (CONTACT)

FINANCIAL & BUSINESS COACHING - JACE RASCHE (TEAM LEAD)

For some, pursuing mission and calling will mean starting missional initiatives, kingdom-minded businesses, or non-profits. This team helps people walk through the process of launching new ventures and even how to acquire a 501c3. Also, Jace Rasche and team help the Renaissance network manage its finances. (CONTACT)

MICROCHURCH & FORMATION COACHING - DREW THURMAN (TEAM LEAD)

Starting a microchurch is no easy feat, but leading something after launch can be equally as overwhelming. This team helps microchurch leaders care for the spiritual, emotional, and physical health of those in their microchurch, and develop healthy rhythms for sustainability. In addition, this team creates ongoing resources/events to help leaders thrive as they help people live into the way of Jesus. (CONTACT)

DIVERSITY & INCLUSION - CHRISTINE LEE (TEAM LEAD)

This team provides support and resources for microchurch leaders to navigate the complexity of multiethnic and multicultural conversations. We long that every microchurch become a better representation of the neighborhoods and communities they find themselves in and a foretaste of God's kingdom, and this team helps them embody this reality. WORSHIP & MEDIA - VICTORIA ROBERTS (TEAM LEAD)

This team exists to empower missional people, microchurches, and networks through all forms of worship. Our worship team not only takes lead on our monthly Celebration gatherings, but help to develop tools and resources for microchurches to engage in worship where they live, work, study, and/or play.
