What is the cost?

IPricing (includes lodging and all meals):

$180 - adults
$140 - students (age 12-17)
$100 - kids (age 3-11)
Free - kids (age 0-2)

Are there scholarships available?

Yes. We don't want money to be the reason someone cannot attend. To inquire, message your microchurch leader or our team at hub@wearerenaissance.org!

When does it start and end?

We'll start at dinner on the 11th. Check out is at 11 AM on the 13th.

What do I need to bring?

We'll be sending a complete packing list a few weeks before the retreat. The quick answer - bedding, clothes, towels, and toiletries.

Is this event family-friendly?

Yes. Our entire weekend will be designed to be intergenerational, with activities for families and kids. Not only will they be included in the weekend, but we also have some moments for them to have age specific things to do.

Is the menu allergy-friendly?

Yes. When registering, let us know your diet and/or allergies. We are working with the camp to ensure we have food options for everyone.

What are the accommodations?

The camp has a mixture of bunk style rooms and a few small family cabins.

Is my registration refundable?

We will issue full refunds up until September 1st. After September 1st, there is a 50% refund.
